BYOD means Bring Your Own Device, and many schools across the world have been using this strategy for several years to meet the requirements of 21st Century learning.
Due to the Federal Government鈥檚 1:1 Laptop Program ending in 2014, NHS reviewed all options extensively and determined that our only reasonable course is to introduce a BYOD policy.
There are links below to further BYOD information, and also our "School Recommended Device Portal" which is managed by a company called Learning With Technologies (LWT).
We highly recommend you consider purchasing one of the devices from LWT for the additional support benefits they provide, however you are welcome to take the information from the BYOD Device Requirements webpage to a computer store and purchase something else if you wish.
